Yes, at Pridmore Storage, there is a one year contract.
We have outdoor spaces for your boat or RV.
ConEx boxes for personal items.
Indoor units for boats or vehicles.
We currently have a waitlist for indoor units. Please contact Pridmore Storage to be added to the waiting list.
What kind of space rentals do you have?
Can I share my space?
Storage customers must keep the contracted item in the assigned space.
Pridmore storage is enclosed with a security gate. Each customer is assigned a PIN to enter. There is a video recording at the gate and on the building. Pridmore Storage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Is there security?
Can I change out my item in my space?
Each space is assigned to the contract holder for the item listed on the contract.
Outdoor Space: There are two payment options.
$960.00 for the full year
$480.00 every 6 months
ConEx Boxes: Monthly
$250 Deposit and $125.00 per month
Indoor Units: FULL, Waitlist
$175.00 per month for 10’ x 10’ door, 20’ long
$175.00 per month for 10’ x 10’ door, 25’ long
$195.00 per month for 10’ x 10’ door, 30’ long
*Prepay one year for the indoor unit and save one month’s rent
