Is there a contract?
Yes, at Pridmore Storage, there is a one-year contract.
We have outdoor spaces for your boat or RV.
ConEx boxes for personal items.
Indoor units for boats or vehicles.
What kind of space rentals do you have?
We currently have a waitlist for indoor units. Please contact Pridmore Storage to be added to the waiting list by phone or the form below.
Can I share my space?
Storage customers must keep the contracted item in the assigned space. Adding items that are not on the contract will result in PIN suspension and additional fees. Management check sites regularly.
Pridmore storage is enclosed with a security gate. Each customer is assigned a PIN to enter. There is a video recording at the gate and on the building. Pridmore Storage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

When to contact Pridmore Storage?
Contact us at least one week before your space is needed to complete the contract by email, make payment over the phone, and receive your PIN in an emailed Welcome Letter. Office hours vary. Please call to make an appointment to complete paperwork and payments in the office. Office hours are limited on Friday, and closed Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays.
Can I change out my item in my space?
No, the space is assigned to the contract holder for the item listed on the contract.
Outdoor Space: One-year contract.
$960.00 annually, payment in-full due at sign-up and at renewal date. No refunds or exceptions.
ConEx Boxes: Monthly
$250.00 Deposit and $125.00 per month
Indoor Units: FULL, Waitlist
$175.00 per month for 10’ x 10’ door, 20’ long
$175.00 per month for 10’ x 10’ door, 24’ long
$195.00 per month for 10’ x 10’ door, 30’ long
*Prepay one year for the indoor unit and save one month’s rent
How much does storage cost?
What is my access once I am a Storage Customer?
As a storage customer, you will have access to your space every day, major holidays included, 365 days a year, whether the office is open or closed.
Important Info:
Payments must remain current. Past due balances will result in PIN suspension and additional fees. Boats, vehicles, and recreational trailers may require photographs for acceptance to Pridmore Storage. If the items are considered abandoned, all fees for the lien sale process, removal, and/or demolition of the items will be added to your balance, including hourly clerical fees, materials, dump fees, labor, and equipment.
